Mombasa native and fast rising Kenyan musician Otile Brown recently dropped a new track titled “Tamu Sana.” The collaboration with one of Tanzania’s finest Shettah is an easy listen, with a sound that can only be described as bongo meets afrobeat.
With a quick rise in the music industry, Brown’s unique vocal ability and distinct sound has had him enjoy success with various releases including “Mapenzi Hisia” “Kistarab” and even “Niseme Nawe.”
Now a star in his own right, the coastarian prince is set to take the charts by storm in 2018. With this being his first release of the year, it seems as though Brown has much more in store for fans in the months to come.
The song has in a few days garnered over 73,000 and is no.3 on YouTube’s trending list. It is produced by Kenyan producer Magix Enga and Mastered by Yogo Beats. The video concept was created and directed by top South African director Justin Campos.
