African multi-award winning artist, Refiloe Phoolo popularly known as Cassper Nyovest has been selected by Coca-Cola to feature on the soccer World Cup 2018 theme song.
Cassper Nyovest will be working with American Singer, songwriter Jason Derulo. However, other artists around the world will also collaborate on the song.
The song/anthem for 2018 FIFA World Cup is called 'Colours'. The song celebrates all of the vibrancy and excitement that comes with the arrival of the world's biggest football tournament.
Colors, which will be released on March 16 via Warner Music, is the result of a collaboration between the artists and Coca-Cola.
Derulo said: “I was honoured to work with Coca-Cola to create an anthem celebrating every team and their fans. Colors represents the different flags and cultures from around the world, and will get everyone moving to a unifying beat. I’m excited to finally tell the world about this partnership as the excitement builds for the FIFA World Cup.”
